Hands-On Learning Partners

Hands-On Learning Partners

Chicago Career Tech is an innovative talent resource for local businesses and nonprofits.

We strive to close the workforce skills gap by providing businesses and nonprofit organizations with the retrained business professionals you need. We offer unemployed Chicagoans the training necessary to obtain and succeed in high demand technology-based careers.

From Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups and nonprofits, organizations that participate in the Chicago Career Tech program get the talented and trained participants they need. Partners empower unemployed Chicagoans by helping them gain new skills and a competitive advantage in today’s job market through hands-on learning and networking opportunities.

All participants are screened though PeopleScout and TalentWise prior to their placement in the program. There is no financial cost to organizations for partnering with Chicago Career Tech. While common and welcome, business partners are not required to offer employment to participants at the program’s completion. Nearly 50 business and nonprofit partners have hired Chicago Career Tech graduates.
