Pathways to Employment are corporate-based programs that provide unemployed Chicagoans with the opportunity to prepare for employment at local businesses that have immediate hiring needs. The five-day, two- to four-month programs include corporate training complimented by hands-on learning. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates may be interviewed and considered for employment.

Located in Chicago’s Loop, CareerBuilder’s business-to-business inside sales professionals (entry-level online sales consultants) are responsible for selling a diversified range of human capital, talent and media solutions to companies with 250 employees or less nationwide to defined industries. This sought after sales position in the newly revamped Vertical Business Unit serves as the launching pad into a sales career at CareerBuilder where the opportunity to earn well over six figures is commonplace.
